Jeffry New

Jeffry H. Morrison, DVM: Veterinarian

I graduated from vet school from Purdue University (West Lafayette, Indiana) in 1972. At the time of my graduation I was the youngest veterinarian in the country. I have been practicing veterinary medicine for over 45 years and still love every aspect of it. I lived on the Big Island for 3 years and had an opportunity to buy a clinic in MauiĀ in 2010 and have been here ever since. I am an avid instructor, enjoy other water sports and just love being outdoors.

Kim New

Kimberly A. Morrison: Office Manager/Veterinary Technician

I am the Office Manager of Wailuku Pet Clinic. I love living in Maui. I have been involved in every aspect of veterinarian medicine(besides being a doctor) since the year 2000 and have enjoyed every minute of it. Taking care of clients fur babies is privilege and honor that I don’t take lightly. At home I have two feathered babies, Iman an African grey who is like my “5 years old” and Maka a parakeet who tries to sound like the parrot. My human babies are all grown up and living on the mainland Christopher, Brittany and Lyndsay. I also have 8 grandchildren, definitely loving life!

jaylynJaylyn Miguel-Di Cenzo: Veterinary Assistant/Technician

I was born on Oahu and raised in upcountry Maui. I am fairly new to the veterinary filed, but I have always had a passion for animals since I was a little girl. I currently have six cats of my own and hopefully a dog very soon. In my free time I enjoy playing and spending time with my cats, listening to music, and being outdoors, or just simply hanging out with family and friends. My long term goal working here at the clinic is to gain greater knowledge and experience working alongside such wonderful doctors in the field.

trina Trina Deponte: Veterinary Assistant/Technician

I have lived in Kula all of my life surrounded by animals and pasture. I have 3 children, Daeja, Tru and Royale, along with 2 dogs, 4 cats, 6 goats and a horse. My family and I have so much love and compassion for our pets. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends along with various outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and camping. I have been a part of the Wailuku Pet Clinic team for 6 months and I absolutely love my job. I enjoy going home at the end of the day knowing I was able to be a part of taking care of our precious patients. My goal is to continue learning more every day so I can make a difference and further my knowledge in the clinic. I am so happy to be a part of the Wailuku Pet Clinic team.

Chad Lester, DVM

Aloha! I am excited to be joining Wailuku Pet Clinic. I have recently moved to the island with my wife, Tiffany, and my two daughters, Madilyn and Josephin. We have one mutt(he’s a shih-poo) named Teddy. I was raised in Ohio and received my Bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University. I then completed veterinary school at another OSU, Oklahoma State University, and received my DVM. After veterinary school, I moved to pittsburgh and completed a small animal internship focusing on internal medicine and surgery. Post-training, I worked in both emergency and general practice. I have been visiting Maui since a teenager and have always hoped to make it home despite being a huge Cleveland sports fan. I love to be on or in the water. I enjoy sailing and hanging at the beach with my family. I dabble in the guitar and hope to learn to paddle board or maybe windsurf! I look forward to meeting all of the clinic’s clients and patients!
