Pet insurance pays, partly or in total, for veterinary treatment of the insured person’s ill or injured pet. Some policies will pay out when the pet dies, or if it is lost or stolen. These payments are typically made as a reimbursement to the client.

Payment Options

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is accepted and checks of less than $200 for established clients are accepted. Please note that there is a $25 returned check fee.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that allows your pet to get veterinary care when they need it. Instead of paying the entire cost of care at once, CareCredit allows you to pay off your balance in monthly installments. You can learn more and apply for CareCredit online at www.carecredit.com.

Scratchpay is not a credit card, but a loan that you can use to cover large veterinary expenses. Finding your payment plan does not affect your credit score.
